BBSI Twin Falls, Idaho is urgently hiring for an Office Clerk position.

The Office Clerk supports all facility department operations in an administrative capacity.

Work Environment & Physical Demands - Requires moving/walking, sitting for prolonged periods. May require bending, stooping, reaching and ability to lift up to 25lbs. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, cellphone. Requires a normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Use of protective equipment such as hearing protection, safety glasses, and hairnet and other food safety related items in required areas.

This is a full-time position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

In partnership, and collaboration with plant operations and human resources:

* Answer multi-line phone system

* Handle incoming/outgoing mail

* Greet Vendors and Visitors, keeping to GMP standards

* Check driver's in & out and check ID's

* Scale trucks and maintain scale tickets

* Track delivery and shipment schedules

* Track order changes and cancellations

* Create, input and reconcile Daily Production Reports

* Process shipping and receiving paperwork

* Daily filing

* Maintain and reconcile physical inventory at multiple locations

* Work with Field Representatives to input contracts and seed deliveries

* Harvest data entry and maintenance of grower lots

* Process grower settlements

* Assist with paperwork for inspections and audits

* Process Accounts Payables

* Register company vehicles and trailers

* Office supply ordering

* Maintain current filing system and manage all records storage

* Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills, Intellectual Demands & Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:

* High school diploma, or equivalent required

* A minimum of 2 years of experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

* Ability to learn quickly through on-the-job training.

* Excellent typing and 10-key.

* Experience in a Warehouse Management system preferred.?

* Experience or equivalent training in Microsoft Office applications.

* Excellent work history and "can-do" team-oriented attitude.

* Proven record of discretion with confidential information.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Established ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ?

* Excellent Attendance record.

* Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Food) requirements for Food Safety purposes

* Valid Driver's license
