Our family-run portrait studio in Greenwich is searching for a superstar Studio Manager to join our team! You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients have an unforgettable experience, resulting in beautiful portraits they'll cherish forever.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients in a professional and personal manner.
- Handle a high volume of telephone calls, including:
- Making excitement calls.
- Managing reschedules, cancellations, and the waitlist.
- Customer service, order issues, and remakes.
- Providing accurate ETAs on orders.
- Manage photographers and sales consultants.
- Motivate the sales team to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure the studio is neat, tidy, and well-supplied.

The Person- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail leadership or managerial role.
- Previous client-facing customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer use with knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and troubleshooting abilities.
- Organised, flexible, and a team player.
- Comfortable working with dogs.
- Appreciation of family values and artwork.
- Availability to work one weekend day (mandatory).
