The Role

Our family-run portrait studio in Greenwich is searching for a superstar Studio Manager to join our team! You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients have an unforgettable experience, resulting in beautiful portraits they'll cherish forever.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients in a professional and personal manner.
  • Handle a high volume of telephone calls, including:
    • Making excitement calls.
    • Managing reschedules, cancellations, and the waitlist.
    • Customer service, order issues, and remakes.
    • Providing accurate ETAs on orders.
  • Manage photographers and sales consultants.
  • Motivate the sales team to increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure the studio is neat, tidy, and well-supplied.

The Person
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail leadership or managerial role.
  • Previous client-facing customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer use with knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Organised, flexible, and a team player.
  • Comfortable working with dogs.
  • Appreciation of family values and artwork.
  • Availability to work one weekend day (mandatory).
