Title: Biorepository Technician
Location: Onsite in Leesburg, VA 20175
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm
Duration: 6 Months Contract (role through the end of 2024)
Pay Rate: $19.95/hour on W2

The Position
A technician, Biorepository is responsible for the inventory, processing, and maintenance of research material, which may include but is not limited to specimens, test articles, temp-critical items, paper records, or magnetic media. Performs a variety of biorepository functions and should develop a sense of responsibility toward their duties to include the following:
Completion of the orientation program with: And understanding of our work and how it must be completed in compliance with applicable US and OECD regulations and our SOP, and understanding of Chemical Safety and the proper use of safety equipment.
The technician will have a station to bring in materials or files to check and scan into database
Sills required: Attention to detail, critical thinking, computer literacy (Excel specifically)
PPE provided onsite: lab coat, glasses, gloves
