Here's What You'll Get To Do

  • This position is responsible for general fabrication and assembly of doors using hand and power tools, packing duties, saw operations, quality inspections as well as other duties which may be assigned
  • Qualified candidates must be able to work 1st shift with periods of required over time
  • Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job


What We're Looking For

  • Experience using or ability to learn to read a tape measure to the 16th's
  • Experience or the ability to learn to read and understand fabrication drawings
  • Experience using powered industrial tools
  • Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions
  • Multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints
  • Must be a team player and willing to be trained to work in other areas as assigned
  • Communicate well with peers and management
  • Must be able to work 1st shift, with periods of required overtime
  • Preference will be given to applicants with former fabrication experience


Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours
  • Twist, bend and kneel
  • Lift, push, pull or move up to 75lbs individually and 150lbs with a partner
  • Requires constant reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting
  • Visual acuity to inspect product for various quality flaws, recognize metal quality, view die prints
  • Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Work in temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
