Our client is a manufacturing organization in the Waupaca County area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. Our client is looking for someone with human resources experience, strong interpersonal skills, and who will drive growth! The salary range for this position is $60k-75k.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the HR department in all aspects including employee records, relations and benefits administration.
- Onboarding new employees.
- Conduct benefit review meetings.
- Record employee attendance including write-ups.
- Responsible for job postings including write ups and removing postings.
- Conduct regular employee meetings on a regular basis.
- Be a point of contact for new hire check ins.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1+ years of human resources experience.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
