Warehouse Associate / Forklift
(Direct Hire, not temp!)
Custom Assembly, Inc. specializes in the assembly, warehousing, and distribution of recreational vehicles. We are a family run organization that has been in business for 30+ years.
This position entails general warehouse duties including but not limited to handling material, recreational vehicle assembly in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Close attention to detail and care with our customer's vehicles is vital. Our goal is to have showroom-floor ready vehicles available to dealers upon arrival.
Pay $ 19.00 - $20.00

Schedule: This is a full-time
Monday - Friday 1st shift positions with possible overtime.
6:00AM-2:30PM
Job Description: Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage, and load and unload trailers
- Drive forklift equipment
- Manually move units and material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
- Accurately complete receiving reports for units and material received.
- Read and Execute the Load Plan
- Secure units with strapping to prevent unit damage or shifting in transit
- Stage units and materials for counting and inspection; ensures shipping reports accurately report units and material shipped.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, lifting, kneeling and bending.
- Standing for long periods of time
- Will be using computers, scanning and data entry.
- Must be a self-started, ability to work in small groups, teamwork oriented, energetic.
Experience:
Material handling experience will be a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus. 2-3 years preferred.
