Your Role:
- Real Estate Law Associate Attorney (commercial)
- Acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction, and syndications
- Handling acquisition and depositions of various property types, from raw land to mixed-use spaces.
- Preparing and negotiating financing documents for borrowers and lenders, including construction and permanent financing, syndicated credit facilities, and bond financings.
- Managing loan restructuring, workouts, foreclosures, fund formation, joint ventures, REIT compliance, leasing, construction contracts, property management, tax-deferred exchanges, and oil and gas projects

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Bar Admission
- 2+ Years Experience in Real Estate
