Support Analyst

Job Details

This role bridges the gap between business users and IT by providing support for Group Business Systems and connected applications. You'll troubleshoot issues, analyze business needs, and facilitate workshops to ensure system improvements align with user requirements

Responsibilities will include:

• Resolve user support tickets and identify opportunities to enhance business processes through better use of Group Business Systems.
• Partner with business users to understand their needs and timelines for system upgrades.
• Document business requirements to ensure smooth post-delivery support of system enhancements.
• Communicate changes related to the Novus Fusion program and participate in the Novus Fusion Cloud project.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems.
• Experience supporting business systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage ongoing support and projects simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering effective solutions to business challenges.
• Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams (business, technical, and functional).

Hours: 8a-5p CST, with slight flexibility to attend virtual meetings with the UK

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
