Here at Sterling we provide exemplary on-site services including subacute rehab, wound care, respite care, and skilled nursing in a homelike long term care environment, managed under the expert direction of the director of nursing and medical team.

Key Responsibilities for LPNs:

Takes an active role in direct resident assessment, development of service plan, introductory and care.
Administers medication and/or treatment to residents
Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party.
Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, and Federal guidelines.
Puts resident service first: Ensures that residents and responsible parties receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals needs and rights.
The ability to be a flexible, caring, supportive team member

Qualifications:

LPN issued in the state of Pennsylvania
CPR Certification
Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
Ability to build rapport with residents
Compassionate and caring demeanor
