Job Details
This is PART-TIME Temporary role with the possibility of going permanent.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Event planning
- Process and keeping track of all incoming invoices
- Maintain the caf and reception area
- Offer hospitality service such as beverages and other amenities
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelors degree in communications or business
- Willing to work evenings or weekends when required
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience with MS Office tools
- Some front desk or administrative experience
