Our Client is seeking a 1:1 School Nurse (LPN) to provide services in the Dekalb County, GA area.
HOURS
Monday-Friday during school hours
Summary Of Client's Description Of This Opportunity
- One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school
- Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
- Monitor any changes in student's status
- Complete thorough nursing notes
Client's Required Skills & Experience
- Active GA LPN license
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year LPN experience
