Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within the company's database systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management software, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into the company's database systems.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Assist with generating reports and performing data analysis as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of data at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
