Job Details
The Salesforce Software Engineer III will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and building custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to solve cross-department business goals.
- Work closely with the product development team, stakeholders, and end users to gain a full understanding of customer problems and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on how to pragmatically build solutions that solve current needs.
- Review work delivered by other team members and consultants to ensure it meets our quality and security standards.
- Guide the growth of junior to mid-level developers on the team, including mentoring and career development.
- Work closely with the DevSecOps team to optimize the teams deployment, security, and test automation processes.
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
- Develop integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs or via ETL processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and new features.
- Ensure data security and maintain data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare supply chain
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- .Net 5.x or newer
- T-SQL
- JavaScript single page application frameworks like React, Vue, and Angular
- Expertise in developing modern, scalable applications
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
