Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our client's team. The Proposal Specialist will play a vital role in driving business growth through the development and management of winning proposals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and project management teams to create compelling proposals
- Analyze profit loss statements to ensure proposals align with company goals
- Supervise the proposal process from inception to submission
- Identify areas for process improvement in proposal development
- Lead strategic planning sessions to enhance proposal success rates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in proposal writing and management
- InDesign knowledge required
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
Compensation:
- Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Expected hours: 40 per week
