Tamashii Ramen is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead and inspire our team, overseeing all facets of our restaurant operations with a focus on excellence and growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team in both front of house and back of house
- Manage day-to-day operations independently and efficiently
- Enhance operations and the overall dining experience proactively
- Ensure high-quality service and work standards
- Meet financial targets through effective resource and operations management
- Drive guest count growth and revenue through an exceptional dining experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as General Manager highly preferred; Minimum of 3 years experience as an Assistant General Manager required
- Proven ability to lead front and back of house teams
- Hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable with administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills and dependability
- Highly preferred: Experience opening a new location
