Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, $17.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am, $17.50 per hour
In this role, your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation. It's essential to keep your work area clean by regularly sweeping, mopping, and removing debris. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and pallets, as well as feeding materials into machinery for processing. Regular lubrication of equipment is necessary to maintain optimal performance. Accuracy is key when measuring and pouring ingredients according to specifications. Ensuring all products meet quality standards is a priority, and you'll assist in changeover processes to minimize downtime. Strict adherence to safety protocols is crucial to promote a safe work environment. Additionally, you'll be expected to perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform tasks involving bending and squatting.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
