Work Environment:

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. Featuring fully stocked snack/beverage rooms, a 5-hole disc golf course, and a telepresence robot, our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends collaborative spaces, clean spaces for independent projects and production space. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work.


Who you are:

You are a marketing maverick, youre the strategic powerhouse driving our B2B revenue generation campaigns with precision and insight. You excel at understanding the customer journey, using data to guide your marketing activities. You thrive on A/B testing and segmenting customer groups to discover the best approach. With a deep understanding of the customer, you plan and execute tactics that resonate with each group. Tracking program progress is the top priority, you know when to pivot and when to persevere.

This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.


Day-to-Day:

  • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance metrics, customer insights, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Expand reach through wide net discovery and account-based marketing (ABM) discovery initiatives.
  • Provide campaign support, including but not limited to, coordination with advertising efforts.
  • Including acting as a liaison with external vendors, tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and create engaging content for various marketing channels, including emails, social media posts, and website updates.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain project files for documentation to monitor workflow and progress.
  • Collaboration with the sales department to maintain alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Identify issues or challenges that arise during marketing activities and propose solutions or alternative approaches to overcome them.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities, requirements, and market conditions to keep marketing efforts relevant and effective.
  • Always practice excellent internal and external customer service


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong data & analytical skills
  • Experience in sales funnel build outs
  • Experience in ROI & KPI tracking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Experience Creating Effective Marketing Materials
  • Experience with Email Campaigns
  • Strong Digital Skills (Email, MS Office, G-Suite, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HTML/PHP/Web Programming
  • Graphic Design (Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Experience with PPC/Remarketing
  • 2 or 4 Year Degree in Related Field
