Digital Marketing Specialist

McKinley Marketing Partner's client is looking for a digital marketing specialist to join their team. This role is heavily focused on creating content for digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate


This role operates on a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be able to commute to D.C.


Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels (i.e., newsletters, client outreach, publications, social media, etc.)
  • Lead video content creation (i.e., directing, creating shot list, etc.)
  • Develop and manage the content calendar
  • Create marketing content including newsletters, blogs, text, images, videos, and graphics
  • Monitor and respond to emails, comments, messages, and mentions
  • Address customer inquiries and issues through social media channels
  • Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates
  • Analyze data to gain insights and inform future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Provide regular reports to management on social media and marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Write newsletters as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating compelling visual content; portfolio is preferred
  • Video content creation skills
  • Ability to travel nationwide for content shoots as needed
