Job Description:
Bear Foundation Student Employees will assist in donor relations and service. During the course of the program, the student will develop and improve competencies in leadership, customer service, teamwork, multitasking and time management. Compensation is standardized and commensurate with responsibilities and performance. Job Functions: Greet and assist donors with service requests and general inquiries Assist with donor data entry and analysis Assist with donor event management and planning Various administrative duties such as answering phones and filing Other duties as assigned Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies
- Provide general office assistance and support
- Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
- Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
