Job Description

The licensing assistant (17665) works in a team environment to ensure league and non-league compliance for a broad assortment of high quality merchandise according to the unique licensing agreement for each entity. Tasks will be varied and include verification of artwork and color proofs, system data integrity for each product category, and concept and sample coordination and approvals. The successful candidate will have excellent internal and external communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities to deadline.
Essential Job Functions
Data entry and item set up for a wide variety of product categories across various licensors.
Correspond directly with professional national sports leagues, colleges and universities, entertainment, racing and more.
Coordinate and manage art concept proofing, shipment and tracking of product samples and final approval process for assigned properties.
Support WinCraft sales and customer service staff to provide accurate and current information on item status and adjusting priorities and timelines as needed.
Ensure that product is accurately labeled according to royalty requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
High School education or its equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic to intermediate excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for use in dealing with customers, co-workers, and other department personnel.
Ability to maintain a high level of mental/visual focus to achieve excellent level of accuracy.
Continuous computer use required.
Ability to remain on task and meet deadlines independently.
Ability to maintain a highly collaborative and responsive attitude.
