Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an emerging architectural design company in the Louisville and Lexington, KY area. This candidate will provide leadership to both the team and clients across multiple active projects, taking responsibility for overall project success, including client relationships, design implementation, quality control, and financial performance. The Project Manager will manage all phases of the project from concept design through construction, including project setup, and will actively manage project scheduling, work plans, and financial performance. The candidate will be expected to build and foster client relationships and be effective at communicating and promoting the work of the firm. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience with strong verbal and written communication skills. Completion of a professional degree in Architecture or a related field is required, and professional licensure is preferred or close to completion. The candidate should be knowledgeable in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, and have a working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building systems. The Project Manager should be experienced in producing fee proposals, schedules, and work plans. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship-management skills are essential. Experience in designing and coordinating complex building systems is also required. This individual will be joining a team of other Architects and Project Managers to perform construction administration duties such as review shop drawings, product data, material samples, schedule, and cost requirements while maintaining contact with clients, consultants, and contractors during all phases.
