1. Responsible for formulating paver planning strategy and development plans;
2. Responsible for turning customer needs into design, reviewing the overall design plan and key technical routes, and managing the progress of proto production and testing.
3. Responsible for researching the technical development direction of the latest products in the industry and formulating technical development plans;
4. Responsible for reviewing and implementing new technology plans and technical routes, and responsible for the transformation and application of technological achievements
Requirements:
1.American paver expert with more than 10-year experience in paver R&D work for American market.
2. Led the team to complete the development of at least 2 popular and successful pavers in the American market.
