Growing Credit Investment Platform comprising Hedge Funds, Separately Managed Accounts and CLO's with over $8 Billion in AUM.
We are seeking a talented individual to join the organization as a VP, Fund Accounting - Credit. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a small team, ability to manage a small team, demonstrate initiative and have a proactive attitude towards problem solving.
*Participate in the financial accounting close for the firm's hedge funds and separately managed accounts.
*Audit support including financial statement review, updating audit schedules and working with various counterparties to confirm fund positions.
*Assist with month end close support for SMAs and other vehicles assigned by management. This includes review of financial statements, performance tracking, management/incentive fee calculations and other functions critical to the month end close.
*Assist in daily PNL and attribution reporting for the hedge funds and separately managed accounts.
*GREAT exposure, this role reports directly to the Managing Director of Finance & the CFO!
Seeking:
- Seeking: 8-12 years.
- Credit experience is a MUST
- Public + Private Mix + CPA is required
- Experience auditing financial statements is critical
Base Salary Range: $175,000-$200,000. Total Compensation up to: $250,000 - (Negotiable)
