**Summary/objective:**

The Admission Transportation Specialist (ATS) is responsible for assisting the Admissions Center with the

day to day transportation of patients seeking treatment. The ATS will help coordinate, manage, and

transport in a streamlined, centralized process.

**Essential functions**: Essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the

frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and

truly necessary or required to perform the job.

Transport patients seeking care in the Recovery Works network (Inpatient, PHP, OTP, and more)

Assist Admission Center with the planning and coordination of transport and pickups, working

with other ATS employees to maximize efficiency and reduce cost.

Manage any established ride share technology and tracking systems to follow routes, miles, and

other data pertaining to transport.

Maintain vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation (oil changes, maintenance, tire

pressure, inspection, and more)

Track monthly fuel charges and provide all financial documentation on vehicle expenses.

Assist patients with their belongings when they are picked up and dropped off at the facilities.

Complete all other duties as assigned.
