Master Certified Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on MOPAR vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and standards.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and provide clear explanations to customers.
- Install genuine MOPAR parts and accessories, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of performed services and repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
- Stay up to date with the latest MOPAR technologies, service bulletins, and industry advancements through continuous training and professional development.

QualificationsMaster Certified Technician/Mechanic Qualifications - Valid MCAP Master Certification is required.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or equivalent training in automotive technology.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a thorough understanding of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram vehicle systems and components.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen - THC not included in the screening.
