**Job Summary:**
Seeking to hire entry-level telecommunication labor (aerial and underground) construction positions at our Westfield location. This individual will work constructing a city-wide fiber-to-the-home build. They will be responsible for working in a safe manner outlined by their manager. Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, and electronic tools as needed. Individual will pull fiber through conduit, jigging, lashing, pole transfer, pole change out & setting, chain hoist, and winch operator.

**What You Need For This Position:**
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Must be able to work long hours as required occasionally.
* Must not have a fear of heights and willing to learn how to climb poles.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs required.
* Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable for use of company vehicles.
* Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
* Must be willing to measure poles heights and the heights of telecommunications on them.
* Proficient in operating a Windows based computer & within Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
