Job Details for a Customer Service Representative:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Pay Rate: $17.00 Per Hour
- Location: Allentown, PA 18103
Job Requirements for a Customer Service Representative: - Contacting patients to complete Medicaid applications and charity care process
- Verifying patient health insurance information
- Working with patients and/or family members, employers, banks and federal/state offices for additional information as needed
- Accurately document information into various systems
- Performing duties such as faxing, filing, emailing, and making phone calls to facilitate completion of applications
- Provide coverage at hospital facility on an as needed basis
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements for a Customer Service Representative: - Must have Covid Vaccine
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented, strong problem solving and research skills
