Join the movement and taste the difference..The operator shall be proficient in all three operating jobs at the New Cambria Facility. The responsibility of the operator is to produce a safe and legal food product. The operator must sufficiently perform all of the required food safety checks, complete all assigned documents, and maintain proper housekeeping in the facility.WarehouseResponsibilities while working in the warehouse:Operate the forklift safely and efficientlyOperate the palletizer and keep the cage stocked with pallets at all timesProperly wrap, cover, and store all palletsBe proficient in loading a truckKeep the warehouse properly stocked with packaging materialsBe proficient in all pertinent SQF documentsResponsible for completing the Weekly/Monthly warehouse sanitation dutiesResponsible for routine and preventative maintenance in the warehouseAssist in other areas when help is neededPackerResponsibilities while operating the packer:Operate the flour delivery systemBe proficient in operating both packing lines, ink jet printer, metal detectors, bundler, and labelerMaintain, lube, clean, and keep the equipment stocked with packaging materialKeep the work area properly supplied with suppliesWork the rebolt sifterBe proficient in all pertinent SQF documentsResponsible for completing the Weekly/Monthly packaging sanitation dutiesResponsible for routine and preventative maintenance on packaging linesAssist in other areas when help is neededMillResponsibilities while operating the mill:Possess the ability to operate the grain cleaning system and truck unloadOperate the valve system, and equipment that delivers wheat to the millHave complete working knowledge of the milling systemBe able to perform the granulation/density tests and adjust the mill accordinglyBe proficient in all pertinent SQF documentsResponsible for completing the Weekly/Monthly mill and grain sanitation dutiesResponsible for routine and preventative maintenance on the mill and grain cleaning equipmentAssist in other areas when help is neededSpecialty Milling SystemResponsibilities while operating the mill:Have complete working knowledge of the milling systemPerform preventative maintenance tasksPosses the ability to pack the products mill from this lineWork the in process sifterBe proficient in all pertinent SQF documentsResponsible for routine and preventative maintenance on the mill equipmentAssist in other areas when help is neededThe Mill Operator will be responsible for completing tasks, asked by management, which may not appear on the job descriptionJob Type: Full-timePay: \$18.00 - \$20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 40 per week
