Our client, a leading food manufacturer near the Evansville, IN area is looking for an FSQA Manager to help with a brand new facility that is opening later this year. The right candidate should have experience overseeing all food safety within an FSDA/GMP regulated environment.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Actively Manage Quality Assurance / Laboratory / Sanitation Teams
- Oversee FSQA Programming
- Professional Interaction with USDA / FDA / Customers
- Provide Training / Instruction to Associates
- Lead Audits Within Program / Facility
- Develop Food Quality / Safety Programming for Foods Facility
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Preferred Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Food Science
- Day Shift (Monday Friday)
- Experience in Food Manufacturing
- Preferred Experience in Research & Development
- HACCP / PCQI / SQF Desirable
