Direct, support and develop the human resources analyst team by guiding analyses and leading analytics projects.
Conduct HR data audits and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs.
Translate complex data into clear insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree.
5+ years of experience managing an analytics team, ideally in human resources or people analytics.
Proficient with data analysis tools Excel, SQL and PowerQuery. Python experience a plus.
Skilled in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
