$60,000 - $85,000 annually

Job Description: The Benefits Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role is critical in maintaining employee satisfaction and ensuring smooth operation of benefits programs. The Benefits Administrator must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits including FMLA, COBRA, 403b, and Workers Compensation.
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records.
  • Handle employee inquiries and issues related to benefits.
  • Conduct benefits orientation and other informational sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA and COBRA.
  • Experience working with benefits vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with UKG system is a plus.
