Job Details

We are currently looking for a Full Time Recovery Specialist II to join our Violence Prevention Residential Recovery Specialist Team B team located at the Healthy Lifestyles.

Summary:
Serves in a supportive trauma-informed capacity and provide guidance and services to residents within the Residential Services Division recovery centers (men, women children, adolescent, etc.) during assigned hours.

- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Answers the phone, transfers calls, takes messages and screens calls per guidelines for areas served
* Monitors and maintains proper documentation of medications being taken by the consumers, patients or residents
* Ensures key elements of facility and resident security and safety during assigned shifts
- Keeps all program keys in your possession at all times
- Performs periodic checks throughout the premises
- Keeps all rooms not being used locked
* Provide crisis intervention and referral information for incoming phone calls
* Prepares daily reports
* Notifies supervisor for any inventory issues or necessary maintenance and repairs
* Transports Chickasaw citizens and other First Americans to and from appointments, meetings, and activities as needed
* All other duties as assigned
