Schedule: 100% onsite | Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $23.75/hour with PTO & Benefits

Onboarding Requirements: Background check, employment verification, and drug screen

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Health, Safety, and Environmental Associate to join our team at our facility in Columbus, IN. This role will play a crucial part in managing the CTC Management of Change (MOC) process, providing general support for the HSE team, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the CTC Management of Change Process:

  • Manage the agenda
  • Send meeting invites
  • Coordinate MOC team members
  • Take detailed notes in meetings
  • Identify action plans
  • Support risk assessment documentation
  • Track completion of actions
  • Close out projects in the MOC tool

General Support for the HSE Team:
  • Use Ariba to create and manage Purchase Orders
  • Support the PPE purchase program
  • Complete risk assessments
  • Perform data analysis
  • Prepare presentations
  • Manage programs

Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Well-organized and a self-starter
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable using electronic tools and programs, including Excel, Corporate MOC SharePoint Tool, Enablon, PowerPoint, and other HSE electronic programs and tools
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Experience:
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
  • A degree in Industrial Safety or a related field preferred
  • Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
  • Previous administrative experience and the ability to take good notes and follow up is strongly preferred
