Billing Team Lead

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier office equipment supplier in Chickasha, OK that is seeking a Service Coordination Specialist. We are seeking an Service Coordination Specialist to manage dealer contracts and ensure seamless service operations. This role involves coordinating service contracts, negotiating terms, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate incoming contracts with dealers.
  • Locate servicing dealers and manage out-of-area service contracts.
  • Input new 3rd party contracts into the system.
  • Assist the Service VP and Admin team with special projects.
  • Log, coordinate, close, and audit service calls.
  • Oversee the Service Time Off Calendar.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Track and manage old calls and suspect service reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Assist the Service Data Specialist with reports and tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
Experience:
  • 2 years of business office experience required.
