Build and maintain ticketing, box office operations and reporting for all events for Country Nations Festivals. Communicate regularly with promoters, Front Gate staff, Ticketmaster staff, Live Nation Ticketing staff, vendors, customers and affiliated parties Analyze all events as directed by COO. Assist Clients, Ticketmaster/ Front Gate Rep and all other applicable Reps with event programming, ticket holds, ticket accounts and other ticket details. Process sponsorship tickets, in-house orders, comp requests, and ticket barters as requested. Order RFID wristbands, camping passes, parking passes, ticket inserts and collectible keepsake items and keep track of inventory during sales period to ensure inventory does not run out. Manage fan facing customer service needs as it relates to ticketing. Communicate regularly and assist internal departments and external event personnel with any ticketing needs and concerns.
