About Us: A private family in Huntington, New York, is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our household. We are a busy family with a dynamic home environment, and we value a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a pristine home. Key responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive cleaning, mopping, and dusting
- Organizing and tidying up all areas of the house
- Managing family laundry, including ironing, folding, and putting away
- Running errands as needed
What Works Best for Our Family: We have a busy household with two children (ages 9 and 11) and two non-allergenic cats. The ideal candidate will be comfortable around our active family and pets. We appreciate a housekeeper who is adaptable, efficient, and can integrate smoothly into our daily routine.

Position Responsibilities: - Full housekeeping duties

Position Requirements: - Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM can make 30 hours if needed
- Languages: Fluent English
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience required
- References: Minimum of 2 references
- Background Check: Must pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
- Personality Traits: Laid-back, easy-going, efficient, and comfortable around children and pets
Compensation and Benefits: - Salary: $32-$40 per hour
