LaSalle Network is partnering with a global manufacturing company to identify a Business Solutions Analyst to join their enterprise. This individual will join an established team and will work with various stakeholders in the organization. This is a Contract-to-Hire position. This position requires the ability to be onsite, in the corporate office located in Quincy, IL at least 3 days per week.
Business Solutions Analyst Responsibilities:
- Level 2 user support of Cloud ERP financial applications for multiple locations
- Advanced BI reporting and use of analytic tools for data analysis
- Assist with technology integrations, process implementations, and third party products
- Monitor business and technology trends to ensure future system capabilities are in-line with business needs
Business Solutions Analyst Requirements: - Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business or Information Systems; 4 years' experience as Business Analyst or similar; or an equivalent certification(s) preferred
- ERP financial application support experience
- Experience with Infor LN and Birst Business Intelligence and Analytics, or Oracle Cloud OTBI, a plus
- Experienced analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to translate technical information into a non-technical representation
- Rapid learning ability regarding new knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent Excel skills
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
