Desktop Support Services
- Solve escalated request in aspects of the IT field
- Follows Standards and procedures
- Ability to document requests, projects and new setups.
- Performs complex problem solving and assistance on diverse software applications.
- Continuously communicating and updating customers with progress of requests
Responsibilities
- Inherit and take fully accountability of backend infrastructure
- Maintain, upgrade and enhance accountable software
- Train and mentor other technicians and teammates in the IT department
- Extensive knowledge in:
- Microsoft OS
- Active Directory
- Deployments
- Networking
- Office 365
Projects
- Execute IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. .
- Effectively manage project milestones and adapt to project requirements as necessary.
- Suggest and research potential projects to be initiated
Work Ethic
- Work well with external vendors to enhance or resolve anything that arises
- Work well with other departments in the organization
- Able to work hand in hand with other team members of the same or different tiers.
- Be a fast learner in a continuously innovative environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in the IT field and min 1 year experience as a level helpdesk technician
- Ability to travel based on demand
This is a full time in person position
