General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work safely, obeying all safety rules and procedures
- Perform housekeeping responsibilities for warehouse and silo areas
- Use of battery-operated pallet jack and powered industrial lift truck
- Unload and locate raw materials in warehouse and AS400/SAP
- Facilitate and monitor offloading of raw material (polymer chip) to proper silo
- Quality control testing for raw materials (moisture, TiO2 content, etc.)
- Monitor unloading of bulk materials for spillage/leaks and assist with any clean-up
- Weekly audit for materials to be returned
- Conduct daily physical inventory and reports
- Work closely and cooperatively with warehouse and transportation personnel
- Other duties as directed by management
Qualifications: - Read/Write English and be proficient in basic math calculations
- Successful completion of all on the job training
- Proven safety performance in past job positions
- Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions
- Good organizational and housekeeping skills
- Work 12 hour rotating shift
- Good work / attendance record
- Self-motivated
- Prior extrusion experience
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
