Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Atlanta. As a key member of our logistics and operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform quality control checks on outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and software systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate warehouse equipment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
