Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performs service requests for general carpentry, masonry, painting, heat and air conditioning projects, electrical and plumbing, as well as appliance repair and installation.
- Maintaining the proper appearance of the community`s interiors, exteriors and grounds.
- Ensuring that all service requests are completed.
- Assist the Maintenance team with managing maintenance inventory
- General record keeping as required
Requirements: - 3+ years` experience as a Maintenance Technician
- HVAC certifications preferred
- EPA / CPO Preferred
- Must have a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with residential plumbing, painting, hardware installation, trouble shooting & repairs, electric, and other general maintenance.
- Basic tools required. Advanced or specialized equipment provided.
- Customer service orientated with the ability to work well with residents, vendors, management, and co-workers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA
