Spherion Staffing Lakeland has partnered with a local specialty food processing facility who is looking to add a skilled cycle counter to their growing team.
Highlights:
Day Shift Schedule
Monday - Friday
Freezer Environment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effectively maintaining accurate warehoused inventory balances and ensuring optimal service levels to customers.
- Ensures that all daily inventory transactions are recorded into the inventory system completely, accurately, and in a timely manner in order to maintain accurate available stock balance
- Ensures all holds are processes in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensures all physical inventories are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensures that any event that may have a material impact on operation available stock balances and/or ability to service customer orders is resolved and/or communicated to supervisors
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
- Prior experience in a Freezer Environment
- Experience in reconciling warehouse inventory systems
- Knowledge of basic addition and subtraction.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 to 3 years minimum of Cycle Counting experience
- Stock Picker/Cherry Picker Experience
- Ability to speak, write, and communicate in English
