ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare timely reports, dashboards, and presentations, highlighting key drivers and financial insights. Assist in the interpretation and communication of financial results to key stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of financial forecasts and annual budgets, collaborating with team members to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in financial projections
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain financial data in a structured and accessible manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Assist in the analysis of costs and expenses, providing insights into cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Contribute to special financial projects as assigned, such as profitability analysis, market research, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and accurate results.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting)
  • A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
  • 1-3 years of relevant finance experience, focus on Financial Planning and Analysis preferred
  • Intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to work with financial data and perform calculations accurately
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, and key financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
