Customer Success Manager
$75,000 - $85,000 base salary
Bonus of $5k+
We have partnered with a bootstrapped, organically grown platform that is powering applications and websites for the world's biggest media brands such as CNN, Boston Globe and The Independent.
Got a background and passion for the publishing industry? Or are you currently a CSM looking to break into the publishing space? Then this is for you.
The role:
- Working closely with customer support and product team to hit client targets
- Onboard new customers and deliver unrivaled customer service
- Keeping customers up to date with new features and products
- Assisting the sales team with opportunities for upsells and renewals
- Be responsible for customer retention and growth
Your background:
- Previous customer success experience OR experience in the publishing/media space
- A passion for supporting customers and building/maintaining relationships
- A key interest in the publishing and media space
- Motivations for joining a start up/scale up tech business
