Role: Client Success Representative- Benefits Administration


We are seeking a competitive and motivated individual to join the Alpine Team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in assisting employees, employers, and brokers in the day-to-day operations of our third-party administration business, as well as in helping to steer the growth and define business processes for the future. You will use your analytical and communication skills to help clients expand their knowledge of COBRA and pre-tax benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Support employers in the day-to-day management of their pre-tax benefit offerings, including contract implementations and renewals.
  • Lead implementation calls for new employer partners to ensure smooth onboarding and understanding of our services.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries from a diverse customer base, including employees (end-users), employers, and brokers, providing prompt and effective assistance.
  • Educate employee participants on understanding and utilizing their benefits to maximize their value.
  • Assist the finance team by coordinating operational activities such as invoicing and accounts receivable to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Undertake other special projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of Alpine's services and operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $28.00 / hour ($58,240 annualized)
  • Non-exempt
  • Overtime eligibility based on business needs

  • 401(k) with employer match (eligible after 3 months of employment)


Company Overview:

Alpine is a third-party administrator specializing in managing employee benefits and COBRA for small to mid-sized businesses. As the exclusive third-party administrator for BerniePortal, our sister company, Alpine plays a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive Payroll/HR/Benefits system to employers nationwide. We are located in downtown Nashville and this position will be in-office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
