Job Title: Wax Technician/Mold Maker
Location: Bastrop, TX
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties:
- Clean and prepare new wax patterns for casting.
- Follow instructions and drawings precisely to finish wax patterns according to customer specifications.
- Inspect completed wax patterns with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize measuring equipment to ensure the accuracy and quality of wax patterns.
- Assist in mold-making processes as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated responsibility and capability to work semi-independently.
- Respectful attitude towards colleagues and dedication to maintaining an inclusive workplace.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in metal shaping, grinding, or similar field.
- Familiarity with metal finishing tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to pass a pulmonary function test.
- Relevant experience such as mold technician and others highly desired.
