PeopleReady of Princeton, MN is now hiring Data Entry Clerks! The Data Entry Clerk handles the daily posting of financial transactions in Quickbooks, prepares financial reports, reconciles bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers, and ensures records are accurate.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $22.00 + DOE / hour
What you'll be doing as a Data Entry Clerk:
* Accurately processes all company payables to ensure transactions are coded to the correct company and vendor
* Accurately process accounts receivables
* Account reconciliation
* Prepare and post journal entries
* Must maintain confidentiality in all matters
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
* Preference will be given to applicants with accounting degrees, however, on the job experience will be considered.
* Must have a solid understanding of accounting.
* Must be proficient in QuickBooks.
* Must be able to accurately and effectively process high volumes of work in a timely manner
* Must be able to multi-task in a busy office environment.
* Must effectively communicate with all managers/supervisors and related team members
* Knowledge of accounting principles, QuickBooks experience and communication skills are a must
