The Laboratory Courier is responsible for the collection and distribution of specimens from client locations to the laboratory, distribution of internal mail, picking up and delivering external mail, supplies, printed materials, and equipment among client and laboratory locations. This position works under limited supervision. Work situations are routine and require organization and a service-oriented individual. Internal contacts are primarily with laboratory staff and management. External contacts may include physicians, physician staff, and other clients.
**Minimum Requirements:**
Lab experience preferred.
**Education/Licenses/Certifications:**
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Current Washington State Driver?s License: and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
