Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join the Labor & Employment Team in North Carolina. This role will include litigation (including lawsuits and agency proceedings), employment advice and counseling, drafting employment contracts and policies, and collaboration with transactional teams regarding employment aspects of transactions.
Candidates must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as excellent academic credentials. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in the area of employment law. Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina or have the ability to become immediately licensed.
