Job Details

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to physically move and relocate computers, monitors, printers, etc.Technical aptitude and ability to learn basic and intermediate computer and network maintenance. District provided technology training.

REPORTS TO: Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBLITIES:

* Provide service and support to end users of the district network and information technology.

* Serve as the initial contact and first level of support for information technology service and support requests.

* Assist in all aspects of installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of information technology hardware and software.

* Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal.

* Works with others consistently in a cooperative and respectful manner.
